I’ve been using this Nambu Tekki cast iron tray for a few months now, and it’s become a staple in my kitchen. The dome design is perfect for serving bread or small appetizers, though I wish it came in blue jackets vs flames options. The cast iron feels substantial and heats evenly. While pricey at $120, the craftsmanship justifies the cost. Minor issue with the narrow base making it somewhat unstable with heavier items. Overall, a beautiful functional piece that adds elegance to my dining table.
