I’ve been using this Nambu Tekki hexagonal tray for a few weeks now, and it’s been a solid addition to my kitchen. The cast iron feels substantial and well-made, just like the traditional Nambu ironware I’ve seen in museums. It’s perfect for serving bread or displaying fruit. While it’s on the heavier side, the build quality justifies the weight. Comparing it to other artisanal pieces I’ve owned, this one stands out for its elegant simplicity. Merrimack vs auburn doesn’t really apply here, but if I had to choose, I’d go with merrimack for its understated elegance.
